What can cause lower back pain?

- Spondylolisthesis: The slipping of one vertebra over another.
- Traumatic injuries: Such as falls or accidents.
- Postural factors: Spending a lot of time sitting or standing incorrectly.
How does lower back pain manifest?
Symptoms can vary widely, but often include:
- Lower back pain, which may be dull, sharp, or stabbing.
- Pain that radiates to the buttocks, legs, or feet (sciatica).
- Stiffness in the lower back, which can make movement difficult.
- Weakness or numbness in the legs or feet.
