- Muscle injuries: Muscle tears, contractures or bruises, common in contact sports and racing.
- Tendon injuries: Tendinitis (inflammation) and tendinosis (degeneration) affecting tendons such as the Achilles, patellar, and rotator cuff tendons.
- Knee injuries: Meniscus, cruciate ligament (ACL, PCL) and lateral ligament (LLI, LLL) tears, common in pivot and contact sports.
- Shoulder injuries: Instability, subacromial impingement, and rotator cuff injuries, common in throwing and overhead sports.
